Von has over 17 years of combined experience across property development and the residential land lease sector. Throughout her time working for some of Australia’s largest land lease operators she has helped deliver award-winning communities that have had a profound positive impact on people’s lives. Von is deeply committed to lead Serenitas into the next phase of growth, creating world-class communities across Australia which enrich the lives of people over 50. Her drive at Serenitas is to create communities where people feel safe and secure, socially connected, and invigorated to enjoy the best aspects of life. Von is a graduate of the AICD, holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture and Construction Management and a Masters of Applied Finance. She is a long-term contributor to the property industry and a recipient of the Chief Executive Women Scholarship.

Nathan has over 20 years of financial management experience derived from working with blue-chip companies and privately held organisations. Strategically led, Nathan is a finance, investment and M&A professional specialising in finance, private equity and corporate advisory. A member of CPA Australia and a CFA Charter Holder, Nathan has previously held roles at Tasman Capital Partners, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deutsche Bank & Nikko Private Investments.

Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in property, with deep expertise across acquisitions, development, and finance. He has held senior roles with one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups, where he most recently focused on growing their land lease portfolio. At Serenitas, Patrick leads the acquisition team in growing our network of residential land lease communities across Australia. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, he brings strong commercial acumen and a passion for creating sustainable, high-quality communities.

Kate is a commercial People and Culture leader, with over 18 years of experience in human resources, organisational development, and management consulting, working across a wide range of industries. A trusted advisor to leadership teams, Kate brings her broad business experience and deep expertise in culture, engagement, leadership development and change management to drive business outcomes and sustainable growth. Kate is passionate about delivering strategic people initiatives and building inclusive, high-performance cultures where people can thrive and deliver outstanding business results.

Holly brings over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, spanning commercial and residential sectors. Since 2014, she has specialised in greenfield developments, built form sales and the land lease model, playing a key role in launching and growing national lifestyle communities. A collaborative and strategic leader, Holly has led high-performing sales teams and is passionate about delivering exceptional homebuying experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Macquarie University and is a licensed Class 1 Real Estate Agent in NSW.

Kevin is an accomplished finance professional with over a decade of experience in the property development and real estate sector. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts, Kevin specialises in establishing financial protocols to comply with accounting practices and implementation of streamlined processes that allows the business to scale with ease.
