At Serenitas, she is passionate about creating sustainable communities that foster a genuine sense of belonging, connection and security for homeowners. Jacqui brings deep expertise in the land lease sector and was a key member of the leadership team that established the land lease business for one of Australia’s largest ASX-listed property groups. A former top-tier lawyer, she has worked closely with Boards and executive teams on major corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, ASX listings, and other significant transactions. Jacqui is a member of the Property Council of Australia and is a sponsor for Women in Property.
