He has held senior roles with one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups, where he most recently focused on growing their land lease portfolio. At Serenitas, Patrick leads the acquisition team in growing our network of residential land lease communities across Australia. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, he brings strong commercial acumen and a passion for creating sustainable, high-quality communities.
