YOUR SAFETY AT OUR EVENTS & TOURS

There is a large amount of construction on and around the property. Your safety is important to us, and we will do our best to ensure a staff member accompanies you throughout the visit. We ask that you observe safety signs and directions from staff. Please read and cooperate with all signage.

• This includes signage that restricts access to certain areas.
• Please ensure you wear suitable footwear.
• Do not approach heavy machinery, trucks or vehicles when they are in operation.
• Ensure you are always visible to the driver.
• Avoid any area where work activity is being carried out.
• Take care when accessing the lavatory.
• Mind your step on the decking and paved areas.
• Be vigilant when near the road and parking your car.
• Before entering the site, please assess your fitness level and suitability for walking around the community. 

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

This statement applies to personal information collected by Serenitas, Associated Brands, and Village Communities. You agree that the Village Community may collect, use and disclose information about you for the purposes of owning, operating and managing the business. Serenitas, Associated Brands and Villages support the importance that the community places on the maintenance of information and privacy of individual’s personal and/or sensitive information. This extends to collecting and managing information held in its records regarding individuals. Serenitas, Associated Brands and Villages may use any personal information it collects from you for;

• The purposes for which it was collected, including in relation to purchasing or selling a residential property at a Serenitas Community or such other purpose as notified by you at the time of collection.
• Such other purposes are subsequently agreed between the Serentias Community and you.
• Such additional purposes as may be required by law.
• As otherwise provided for in its Privacy Policy.
